Hospitality at Vale Park

Hospitality Package FAQs

The dress code within all Hospitality areas of Vale Park is smart casual.

This includes strictly no football shirts, no ripped jeans and no white trainers.

Car parking is not included in any Hospitality package and must be bought separately by visiting

Doors will open for all Hospitality areas within Vale Park at 12pm for a 3pm kick off and at 5.30pm for a 7:45pm kick off.

When booking a Hospitality package, you will be asked to declare any and all dietary requirements that you have prior to your visit to Vale Park.

If you have not communicated these, please email as early as possible.

Your tickets will be made available for collection on your arrival from the respective reception area of your Hospitality Package.

Your tickets will not be made available prior to the fixture.

If you are a Box Holder or are a member of our Valiant Hospitality, you should enter through the main Lorne Street Stand reception. This can be accessed by turning onto Sproson Way from Hamil Road and following the drive around to the main reception on Car Park D.

Supporters within our Upper Hospitality area should enter via the new entrance on Sproson Way.

Vale Park is now a cashless stadium and will accept card payments only.

All supporters, home or away are welcome in the hospitality areas of Vale Park, but must adhere to the smart casual dress code, which includes no away colours, as well as scarves. 

Away supporters must respect that all hospitality seating is within the home areas of Vale Park. The club reserves the right to eject any supporter deemed to be acting inappropriately in line with the EFL Ground Regulations.

The bars will remain open following the conclusion of a fixture up until the conclusion of the Player of the Match presentation.
