Match Officials: Swindon Town

Port Vale host table-topping Swindon Town tomorrow afternoon with Askey’s men looking to end the decade on a high. The match officials for the fixture have been confirmed and can be found below:

Scott Oldham has been confirmed as the referee who will take charge of the Valiants’ fixture against Swindon Town on tomorrow afternoon. Oldham officiated 34 matches across all competitions last campaign and has taken charge of 21 fixtures so far this season.

Over the 34 matches Oldham took charge of last season, he handed out a total of 100 yellow cards and just one red, and this season across 21 matches, he has awarded 62 yellow cards and 2 reds. This will be the second time Oldham has officiated Port Vale this season after he took charge of the entertaining 3-3 draw away to Leyton Orient back in September. He also took charge of the Valiants once last season in a 3-0 home defeat to Colchester United.

His assistants on Saturday will be Chris Isherwood and Ian Smedley with David Plowright taking the role as the fourth official.
