Dodds played the full 90 minutes as Vale were beaten comprehensively at the DW Stadium on Saturday.
Speaking to Valiant PlayerHD, the 29-year-old insisted he and his teammates are determined to put that right tomorrow night.
“We need to set it straight because Saturday was below par for us and I don’t think the fans were happy with our performance as well,” he said.
“So we need to put it right for ourselves and the fans and we’re looking to get three points.”
