Betting Preview: Vale Odds-On To Beat Crewe

8 April 2016

Port Vale are odds-on with Sky Bet to beat Crewe Alexandra this weekend.

The Valiants are 8/13 to earn the three points on Saturday when the Railwaymen pay Vale Park a visit.

Ex-Crewe striker Ajay Leitch-Smith is the 4/1 favourite to net the first goal of the afternoon against his former employers.

The forward bagged his 12th goal of the season against Chesterfield at the Proact Stadium last weekend.

The 26-year-old is yet to score a hat-trick in Vale colours and he’s 33/1 to do so in the clash with the Alex.

JJ Hooper also netted in the loss to the Spireites and he is 7/4 to score inside 90 minutes tomorrow or you can get odds of 9/4 for him to score and Vale to win.

Crewe are 9/2 underdogs to come away from Vale Park with three points.

Steve Davis’ side won 1-0 here last season and they are 14/1 to repeat that scoreline this weekend.

You can get odds of 8/1 on Marcus Haber being the first goalscorer tomorrow or 11/4 for him to net inside 90 minutes.
