Congratulations to Port Vale defender Ryan McGivern who has been named in the Football League Paper’s Sky Bet League One Team of the Week.
Since returning to Rob Page’s starting line-up last month against Blackpool in the JPT, the 25-year-old has appeared in every game except one.
His performance at Barnsley on Saturday alongside Adam Yates, Richard Duffy and Carl Dickinson was particularly impressive.
The former Manchester City trainee will be hoping his form will have caught the eye of Northern Ireland boss Michael O’Neill ahead of next summers European Championships.
