July 7 friendly confirmed
Port Vale has confirmed a further pre-season friendly in preparation for next seasons League One campgain. The Valiants first-team will face Newcastle Town at the Lyme Valley Stadium on July 7 (2.30pm).
The match will come two days after Micky Adams' side face local side Norton United.
Vale will welcome Nigel Clough's Derby County to Vale Park for the first pre-season match at home, the Championship side finished 10th last season.
