We are delighted to announce that England women's cricket star and life-long Valiant, Danni Wyatt-Hodge, has been named as an official Ambassador for Port Vale Foundation.
Wyatt-Hodge is the second Ambassador appointed this summer, after global music icon and fellow Vale supporter Robbie Williams. As part of the new role, she will use her platform to help raise awareness for our award-winning charitable arm.
She is currently competing at the 2026 Women's T20 World Cup, having recently contributed to the highest run total by any team in the history of the tournament when scoring an unbeaten 105 runs against Sri Lanka at Edgbaston.
Speaking about the ambassadorial role, Wyatt-Hodge said: "I am proud to be from Stoke-on-Trent and to become an ambassador for Port Vale Foundation in support of the amazing work they do in my home city.
"I am privileged to travel the world representing my country but I always look forward to coming home to see friends and family in the place I love! To see Port Vale Foundation use the power of the Port Vale badge as a force for good is amazing! Up the Vale!"
Propelled by a new three-year strategy - ‘One Vale’ - Port Vale Foundation delivers projects supporting health, education, inclusion and opportunity for people of all ages across the city. The One Vale strategy will focus on building belonging and powering potential.

Best of luck to Danni and England as they prepare to face Scotland at Headingley this evening!
