Match Day Information | Port Vale vs Charlton Athletic

18 November 2022

We welcome the Addicks to Vale Park tomorrow for Sky Bet League One action, and we’d like to make supporters aware of the below information:

Tickets

Tickets are available in all stands (Lorne Street, Railway Paddock, Railway Stand and Bycars Stand). (Ticket information correct as of 11:30am Friday 18th November)

Away fans are situated in the Hamil End with remaining tickets available online only on the day of the game.

We politely request supporters arrive at Vale Park in good time to avoid entry queues.

Due to an unexpected technical issue outside of the club’s control, supporters may face delays when purchasing printed tickets from the Ticket Office, therefore we would like to advise supporters to purchase tickets online and use e-tickets to enter the stadium to avoid delays.

Supporters should have tickets ready to be scanned on approach to the Stadium. If you’re accessing the stadium with an e-ticket, please ensure the device is not in dark mode and the brightness is turned up to maximum.

Away Ticket Collection

Away ticket collection is situated on Car Park C next to the away turnstiles.

Away tickets cannot be collected from the main club ticket office.

Allocated Seating

Please ensure you sit in the seat that is allocated to you - this information is printed on your ticket and in your order confirmation if you purchase online.

Lost Child Meeting Point

New Lost Child Meeting Points have been set up around the stadium with signs in place to mark where they are located.

“All parents and guardians attending at Port Vale Football Club, for a football fixture or other event, with a child or young person are advised to always keep them in view. Should a situation arise whereby the child or young person becomes separated from you please meet at the designated “Lost Child Meeting Point” that are clearly visible within each section of the Stadium. We thank you for your full cooperation in this matter” - Rich Talbot, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Port Vale Football Club.
