Almost £35,000 raised by the Volunteers' Group so far

PORTVALE VOLUNTEERS

Since 2004 the Volunteers’ Group, as well as completing many tasks at the club, have worked at raising funds. In total almost £35,000 has been raised. These funds have been allocated for specific projects, approved by the committee, to different departments at Port vale.

The main areas are:-

£6,474      Youth Development

£3,166                       Stadium

£1,704                           Shop

£3,010            Hospitality Area

£1084                          Media

£1,420    Performance Analyst

£5,995       Management Team

£4,986                 Physio Dept

Other money has been spent on buying trophies, supporting Valiants A Against Racism, charity donations, as well as buying such things as Boomer’s boots!

Our main fund raiser this year is the Christmas Draw, for which Mary and Trevor Moulton, two of the committee, have secured almost 50 prizes.

We need as many supporters as possible to help with this, so if you feel you could sell a book or two of tickets, costing just £5 a book, please see me in the club shop. Even buying just one ticket will help.
