'Ay Up Duck' sessions into final week

'Ay Up Duck' sessions into final week

We have just one week left of our ‘Ay Up Duck’ sessions which finish at the end of next week, so there’s still time to get your kids signed up to one of our fantastic events!

The sessions consist of a huge range of summer events across the city of Stoke-on-Trent, taking place at a number of community centres and churches in the area.

The sessions will comprise of sports, arts and crafts, various courses and activities with food provided. The best part? It’s all absolutely FREE of charge!

We have teamed up with the Stoke City Community Trust, YMCA, Engage Communities and StreetGames to support our local communities and offer a wide range of options which have helped cure that summer 6-week holiday boredom.

Each venue has been supported by a fully qualified sports coach, with a range of activities being provided and in some cases the option to enrol on short condensed courses that include basic First Aid and food hygiene level two and are approximately 45 minutes long.

You can find the list of venues, times, dates, phone numbers and what’s on offer in the ‘events’ section of the 'Ay Up' website. Please be sure to contact the relevant venue to check availability as all are subject to change.

If that’s not enough, we can also offer you for one last time this summer, our multi-sport camp package which is taking place next Friday 31st August at the Port Vale Academy Sports Hall from 10am – 3pm. Your child can take part in a number of different sports on the day, including: boxing, football, cricket, dodgeball and many more.

The session is open to ages 5-13-year olds and everyone who takes part will receive a certificate, medal and a match day invitation letter to the game on the 1st September against Newport County.

These sessions must be booked at a cost of £5 with lunch provided.

To book the multi-sport camp, please either call 01782 757066 or email foundation.trust@port-vale.co.uk
