Port Vale manager Rob Page felt his side had dropped two points on Saturday following their clash with Peterborough United.
Enoch Andoh bagged his first goal for the club in the first half but Michael Bostwick equalised for the visitors from the spot.
The Valiants had two penalties of their own but neither Michael O’Connor nor Sam Foley could convert them.
Speaking to Valiant PlayerHD after the match, Vale boss Page was disappointed not to have walked away with a win.
“I think we’ve thrown two points away there, I’m disappointed,” he said.
“We knew we were going to be in for a tough test today against a Peterborough team that’s been in good form since the new manager has gone in.
“They’ve shown they can score goals in open play so we were ready for that, the possession they were going to have as well.
“I thought the game plan worked and that we created enough chances to go and win the game with the two penalties as well.”
