“I thought first half we created enough chances to go a goal up,” he said.
“I think Birchy had a header after four or five minutes, a free header back post. We had quite a bit of the play; we weathered the storm for the first five or ten minutes and then we dictated and took control of the ball for large spells of the first half.
“We didn’t finish our chances, which you have to when you are playing against good teams like this as well.”
