Jayden joined the club last summer following a 2 year spell at Fleetwood Town. The 31-year-old striker began his career at Bournemouth but spent most of the time away from the club on loan. Jayden would go on to make 38 appearances in his debut season for the club, gaining 17 goal contributions in this time.
