We can confirm that Ruari Paton has today left Vale Park and has joined Scottish Premiership side, St. Johnstone, for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old striker heads back to Scotland after joining the club from Queen's Park in 2024, he went on to make 46 appearances across all competitions for the Valiants returning nine goals and and five assists.
Ruari was part of the promotion-clinching 2024/25 side, featuring on 19 occasions during that campaign, scoring one goal.
