We can confirm that Jayden Stockley has today joined Sky Bet League One side AFC Wimbledon.
The experienced striker joined the Valiants in the summer of 2024 and made a positive contribution during his time at Vale Park, scoring 11 league goals in his first season with the club, securing automatic promotion from League Two.
In total, the 32-year-old made 69 appearances across all competitions for Vale, scoring 14 and assisting on six occasions.
Off the pitch, Jayden was frequently involved with the work the Port Vale Foundation do and was named our PFA Player of the Year two years running.
Talking about the striker's departure, manager Jon Brady said: "What Jayden has done for this Football Club is amazing, he is a fantastic human being, and he leaves with the best wishes of everybody here."
