We are delighted to announce the signing of central defender Cameron Humphreys, who becomes our fifth new addition of the summer.
The 26-year-old joins the Valiants on a two-year deal following the expiration of his contract at Rotherham United, where he has made more than 50 Sky Bet Championship appearances since 2022.
Humphreys played a further 46 times in all competitions for the Millers last season, also impressing in a midfield role when called upon, and will now join up with his new team-mates for pre-season.
First-team manager, Darren Moore, said: “We’re really pleased to have Cameron joining us. He’s a commanding centre-half who is confident in possession and another player who has plenty of experience behind him at a high level.
“He will be a fantastic addition to the group and myself and the staff are looking forward to working with him.”
