To launch the 2015/16 season in style Port Vale is urging all fans to come together and form a fantastic atmosphere from the Gresty Road away end.
We’re asking our brilliant supporters to turn up at Crewe wearing a Vale home shirt or anything white to greet the players with a ‘White Wall’ as they walk out of the tunnel.
The club’s brand new Errea 2015/16 home shirt is now on sale from the official club shop while last season’s strip is still available at a reduced price*.
The game kicks off at 3pm on Saturday 8th August as the Sky Bet League One 2015/16 season gets underway and the club has sold out its allocation of 2,250 tickets.
Manager Rob Page said: “It would be fantastic if all of the fans could buy into this and turn the Gresty Road away terraces white on opening day.
“I know from being a player and a manager how important fans’ support can be and if the players were able to see that visually as well as vocally, I’m sure it would have a positive impact.
“We always have an excellent away following and the fact we’ve sold out our allocation at Crewe is testament to our brilliant fans. I’d like to thank them for their unwavering support.”
