Vale announce partnership

Port Vale Football Club has today announced an exciting partnership with the brand new sports betting site, Betbright.com.

The deal sees BetBright become Vale’s main betting partner and will include in-stadium betting at Vale Park for the first time in many seasons. BetBright will also sponsor The Railway Stand and Paddock.

As part of the deal Port Vale Football Club will get direct a cash benefit from every fan that signs up to the service. This is in addition to an upfront payment.

The club will also qualify for bonuses in future years depending on the activity of the fans, regardless of what they are betting on. Every time a Vale fan bets on the Champions League, The Grand National or the World Cup, the club will be a winner.

All Vale adult Season Ticket holders have been sent an introduction to the new service, which will see special Vale betting markets in time for the new season. As well as markets on Vale’s games BetBright offer fans the opportunity to bet on a whole range of football and racing markets including the Premier League.

Chairman, Norman Smurthwaite said: “We have been impressed with the offering from BetBright whose approach has been refreshing compared to other potential betting partners. Some of the recent league deals haven’t really worked for smaller clubs like Vale.

“This deal though is individually tailored to Vale and I will be the first to open an account. Betting is an integral part of a Saturday for many fans and this deal is very much about having a bit of fun but only betting what you can afford to lose.”

Betbright Chairman, Rob Hartnett said. “Port Vale is a club on the rise and we are excited to be part of what will be an exciting season for the fans and the club.

“Betbright looks at betting from the fans point of view, and we will be delivering the best odds and the best kinds of bets to Vale fans throughout the season via online, mobile, tablet and around the ground.”
