At Vale Park
Port Vale 0 Fleetwood Town 0
League One
Saturday 13th February 2016
Attendance: 4194 including 99 visiting supporters
In a frustrating afternoon for the Vale, Rob Page’s men were forced to settle for a single point for the second time in a week as they were held to a goalless draw at home to a Fleetwood Town digging deep in an attempt to avoid the drop to League Two.
Vale went close to breaking the deadlock on a few occasions but couldn’t quite manage that little bit of magic in the final third of the pitch against a well-organised Fleetwood outfit who, with this result, had drawn six of their last seven matches.
