Defender’s loan extended
Vale have had some great news today with Jack Grimmer’s parent club, Fulham, giving permission for the defender’s loan spell to be extended.
Signed initially for a month, Grimmer’s loan spell was due to finish after today’s home game against Swindon Town, but he will now remain at Vale Park until the end of the season.
Vale boss Micky Adams said: It is great news for the club and for the player too as he will continue to get first games under his belt which is all good experience for the player.
“At the same time, Port Vale will benefit, so everyone is a winner. We must thank Fulham for allowing Jack to stay here until the end of the season.”
