Jaheim joined the club at the beginning of the 2025 January transfer window, signing from Huddersfield Town, where he had previously worked with Darren Moore. The left-back began his career with the Terriers, but spent the majority of his early career out on loan, before making 54 appearances across three seasons with the Yorkshire club.
