We can confirm that Jack Shorrock has joined Sligo Rovers on loan for the remainder of the League of Ireland season.
The 19-year-old Vale Academy graduate made three first-team appearances last season, scoring once, before spending time on loan with Chester FC in the National League North.
Shorrock has more than 50 career appearances under his belt and will now benefit from further experience before linking back up with the Valiants.
