Promotion celebration at Vale Park confirmed

Promotion

We’re inviting supporters to join us at Vale Park this Saturday as we celebrate our return to League One!

With our memorable 2024/25 campaign now finished, we are putting on a number of family-friendly activities between 10:30am and 12:30pm, which are open to supporters of all ages.

There will be food and drink stalls, music, an appearance from Boomer and more in the fanzone, as well as special offers in the Club Store.

From 11:30am to 12:30pm, supporters will have the chance to head onto the pitch via the Hamil Road Stand to meet Darren and the first-team squad and take a photo with our promotion trophy.

After meeting supporters, the first-team squad will attend a private Civic Reception later in the day following an invitation from the Council.

Free parking will also be available on-site, so why not bring the whole family and be part of a fantastic morning at the home of the Valiants!

Port Vale Chief Executive, Matt Hancock, said: “We’re really pleased to be able to bring everyone together in the sunshine, to celebrate our promotion back to League One.

“It’s been an incredible season for the club, and this is an opportunity for us to say thank you to the supporters who have been right behind us every step of the way, especially as both our final home and away games were sold out.

“We were delighted that supporters respected our wishes not to come onto the pitch at the end of the Gillingham game, so wanted to give them the chance to come on this weekend to meet the players.

“We hope to see everyone at Vale Park on Saturday!”
