Isaac Searle has been named as the match referee, with Justin Amey and Thomas Staten as the assistants. Ryan Mcilravey will join them as the fourth official.
He has taken charge of 133 matches since 2016/17, with 98 of them taking place in the National League system.
This season's Searle's first year in the EFL and out of his 30 appearances during the 2025/26 campaign, he has taken charge of six League Two fixtures and one in League One.
This will be the first occasion in which he will be in the middle of a Vale game.
