We're proud to announce a three-year partnership with Halcyon IT, who become the club's official IT and communications partner.
In a major extension of the partnership, Halcyon has also been named the official shirt sponsor for the first team’s training kit and will take on a prominent branding role until 2029.
As part of this enhanced collaboration, Halcyon IT will also gain significant visibility at the club’s home ground with extra visibility in the popular Robbie's Lounge.
This move further integrates the technology firm into the fabric of the club, building on their existing presence, which includes an office base here at Vale Park.
“Working with Port Vale Football Club has been an amazing experience and we are delighted to have further cemented our relationship with a fantastic 36-month deal and becoming a platinum partner,” said James Hamilton, founder of Halcyon IT.
“We started to work with the club on an initial rolling contract six months ago and identified several improvements which were required straight away, including with cyber essentials and introducing a more robust hardware system.
“Our relationship developed quite rapidly, which has now led to us securing a longer-term partnership with the club.
“As part of our valued relationship, we are also thrilled to also announce our long-term sponsorship of the first-team training kit and delighted to support the club further in this way. Plus, we are also excited to have brand visibility in the very popular match-day Robbie Williams Lounge - which will now say ‘Powered by Halcyon’ - something we are equally as proud of.”
Dan Whitehead, Port Vale’s Head of Sales, said: “We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Halcyon for the next three years.
“Their brand looks fantastic on this season’s official first-team training wear and their presence in our Robbie's Lounge will be hugely beneficial to both businesses as we prepare for the coming campaign.
“Our thanks to James and the team at Halcyon for their support - we’re looking forward to growing our relationship further over this next period.”
Halcyon IT have bases in Liverpool and Dubai and pride themselves on being a family-oriented business with strong ethical and community values, which James says is one of the main reasons they wanted to collaborate with Port Vale Football Club.
“There has never been any hesitation to work with Port Vale as our values align and our ethos is the same throughout,” added James.
“We believe in what Port Vale do on and off the pitch - including the incredible work which takes place in within the community and we’re very much looking forward to seeing how we can support this work further in the near future.”
“Working with the club is a huge part of our growth strategy in going forward.
“Since opening our Stoke-on-Trent office in December last year, we have already collaborated with - and in discussions - with more local companies on how we can work together. This recent partnership with the club is further helping us to extend our network locally and we are excited for the coming months.
