Loan Watch

We look at how the players out on loan got on during the last week...

Rob Lainton has already kept 10 clean sheets for Wrexham this season and although he was unable to make that 11 on Saturday afternoon, he did help Sam Ricketts' men secure a 2-1 win over Dagenham & Redbridge in the National League.

Nuneaton Borough didn't have a fixture last weekend, but both Dior Angus and Mike Calveley featured as 'Boro' edged a seven-goal thriller against Burton Albion in the Birmingham Senior Cup. Angus scored his side's third goal of the evening before Kairo Mitchell scored an injury time winner at Liberty Way on Tuesday.

Harry Benns has also been enjoying a positive spell with Stafford Rangers and he was named as Player of the Month for September. The young forward played 80 minutes of their win away at North Ferriby United on Saturday afternoon.

Meanwhile, Cheltenham Town were scheduled to face Yeovil Town in Sky Bet League Two last Saturday, but it was postponed and Tyrone Barnett has therefore not featured in the past week.
