The Port Vale Foundation Trust launch another fantastic weekly session that you can get involved in!
Come and get into shape with our fun and friendly 35 minute weekly fitness and circuit training session. Our session is for both males and females and will take place at Vale Park inside the stadium led by Port Vale Foundation Trust qualified fitness instructor Zoe Beech.
Move it Mondays is a social fitness session for anyone aged 18 or over encouraging people of all fitness levels to kick off the week with exercise- whether your goal is to lose weight, get fitter or meet new people.
Sessions are ongoing every Monday 12.10pm-12.45pm for both males and females- First session starts Monday 12 June 2017.
*Free Parking available on the away stand car park- Entrance C off Hamil Road*
