Mr Handley has officiated 24 games so far this season, including Vale’s 2-0 win over Shrewsbury Town in October.
He has brandished 83 yellow cards and has sent off four players.
Peter Gibbons and Michael D’aguilar will assist Mr Handley as linesmen while Nicholas Hopton will be the fourth official.
