Vale Manager Ahead Of Away Trip

Port Vale boss Rob Page thinks preparation for this weekend’s game against MK Dons has gone extremely well.

Speaking to Valiant Player, the 40-year-old was clearly pleased with how things have gone in the lead-up to the fixture against Karl Robinson’s side.


“We’ve come in, we’ve had a great week, nice and positive.”


“I think if you can’t be after a great result in a 1-0 and a clean sheet against Rochdale, who are arguably one of the top six teams in this division, then you’re going to struggle.


“We’ve had a good week, preparation has gone really well, we’ve worked hard today with regards to what we’re going to come up against on Saturday and how to combat that.


“All in all it’s been a positive week.”
