Jordan Slew is hoping to propel Vale into the Championship.
As announced early this morning, highly rated striker Jordan Slew has today signed for Vale on loan until January.
Jordan admitted that he has high hopes for his time at Vale and feels the team here is good enough for promotion and admitted he wants to help with that dream.
He also can’t wait to get some matches under his belt and more importantly goals for the Valiants during his stay at Vale Park.
Jordan said: “It’s a great day for me. It’s been a long time coming, but I’m pleased to be finally here. I just want to get on now and play some football.
“It was a difficult situation between both clubs, it nearly happened a couple of weeks ago. However, there were a few complications that stopped it from going through, but it’s happened now and I’m excited for my first game tomorrow.
“I want to have a lot of game time and score some goals for the club and hopefully push them into promotion contenders.
“I’m not selfish, but I obviously want to be scoring goals. However, I think winning games is more important, this team is more than good enough to play in the Championship, so my number one goal is to get promotion this year."
