Following a successful return from a loan spell at Gateshead recently, Jordan Hugill impressed in his Vale debut on Tuesday night.
Vale boss Micky Adams has already been quoted as saying Jordan went there as a boy and returned a man, so does that mean he will be keen to send other players out on loan?
He admits he hasn’t received any enquiries about any other of his players, but is certainly open to the idea if the right club comes in for any of his younger players.
He said: “Anybody in the development squad or that reserve squad, we are quite open to suggestions of them going out on loan, providing it‘s the right club and they look after them in the right manner.
“Jordan Hugill went to Gateshead and they looked after him and gave him that confidence and a little bit of belief that he perhaps needed and he has come back and we are reaping the rewards of that now.
“That avenue is open to everybody at the club who isn’t in the first team at the moment, so we’ll take it as it comes.”
