Online Season Ticket service

Online Season Ticket service

Valiants wishing to purchase new Season Tickets and current season ticket holders looking to secure their own seat renewal can still do so online.

Following closure of the ticket office and club shop due to the on-going coronavirus situation, we have moved our Season Ticket services to http://www.portvaletickets.com. Our temporary ticketing direct line number, which you can call between 9-5 on weekdays, is 07500217112.

Over 900 season tickets have been sold for the 2020-21 campaign, nearly 25% of season ticket sales compared to last year at this stage. In these unprecedented times without a confirmed return date for the game we all love, your continued support for the club is much appreciated.

Our Early Bird Season Ticket offer can save you up to £70, which as of now is available until 30th June 2020 - this date may be subject to change when further information is released by the EFL. Our full range of season ticket pricing can be found below:

Valiants can also access our ticketing service via our official website. Follow the steps and advice below to buy or renew your Port Vale Season Ticket for the 20/21 campaign:

  1. Go to www.port-vale.co.uk
  2. Go to the ‘Tickets’ tab
  3. Go to ‘Ticket Information’
  4. Click on ‘Buy Tickets Here’
  5. Click on ‘HERE’ for Season Ticket renewals or ‘PACK THE PARK’ logo for new season tickets.

If you are renewing, please have your current season ticket to hand. Your membership number is located to the right of your name beginning with 0000.

We advise that you book one season ticket at a time unless you are booking an ‘under 12’ alongside your season ticket.

Customers changing age category on renewals should contact the ticket office, as this cannot be done online. Age category date is 01.08.20.

If there is an area of the ground which you require that can’t be found online, please email ticketoffice@port-vale.co.uk or call 07500217112.

Everyone at Port Vale Football club wishes our fans good health and we hope to see you back at Vale Park as soon as it is safe to do so.
