We're back at home in Carabao Cup Round Two actions as we welcome Crewe Alexandra to Vale Park tonight. This matchday information guide gives you all the information you may need ahead of your trip. If you have any further questions about your visit, please email


Match tickets for tonight's Carabao Cup Round Two tie against Crewe Alexandra at Vale Park are available to purchase online as e-tickets - for both home supporters only.

Away tickets have sold out to capacity with no further allocations available for Crewe Alexandra supporters.

We politely request supporters arrive at Vale Park in good time to avoid entry queues. Turnstiles will open from 6:15pm.

Please have your ticket ready to be scanned on approach to the Stadium for an efficient entry process. If you’re accessing the stadium with an e-ticket, please ensure the device is not in dark mode and the brightness is turned up to maximum.

Port Vale supporters can also purchase tickets in person from the Port Vale Ticket Office, which is open from 9am.

Please Note: Home supporters who wish to purchase a ticket for tonight's game will be required to have previous purchasing history with Port Vale FC.

Tommy Cheadle's will be open for home supporters before watching the Valiants.

Card and Contactless Payments 

Please note that from the start of the 2023/24 season, Vale Park will be operating on a cashless basis. 

Home supporters can take advantage of the Click & Collect service in the Lorne Street, Hamil Road and Railway kiosks.

Staff from FoodHub and Port Vale will be on hand to assist supporters with using the Click & Collect service for the first time!

Home and away supporters can pre-book a parking space by [CLICKING HERE]. We strongly recommend using official parking for fixtures at Vale Park.

All supporters are reminded not to block access to alleyways when parking vehicles and to leave enough space for wheelchairs and prams to pass safely on pavements when parking on nearby streets and roads.

Please be aware that double yellow lines are in place and are enforceable around Vale Park and neighbouring streets and roads.

Club Store

Our Club Store will be open from 9am today and for around 30 minutes following the full-time whistle.

Staffordshire University Fan Zone 

The Staffordshire University Fan Zone - located on Hamil Road Car Park - is open from 5:30pm, with a variety of food and drink stalls available!

Away supporters will have access to their own Fanzone to the rear of the Bycars stand with food and beverages available prior to Turnstiles opening.

Zero Tolerance to Abuse

We operate a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of abuse at Vale Park.

If you hear any Abusive, Homophobic or Antisocial Language or witness any other bad behaviour of any kind please send a text to 07801 216 675 stating the Stand, Row Number and Seat Number of the offender.
