Toner last officiated a Vale fixture on New Year’s Day in our League Two 2-2 home draw with Macclesfield Town earlier this year. In the 28 games he officiated last season, he has issued 93 yellow cards and 5 red cards. So far this season he has handed out 15 yellow cards.
His assistants will be Andrew Hendley and Ian Smedley, with Ollie Williams taking on the role as fourth official.
