Vale's first-round Carabao Cup tie against Scunthorpe United has been confirmed to take place on Saturday, September 5, 2020.
The match will take place at The Iron's home ground of Glanford Park will and kick off at 3pm.
This will be the opening game of the Valiant's 2020/21 season and first competitive match since 7th March.
