Match Officials: Plymouth Argyle

Port Vale host Plymouth Argyle this Saturday and look to extend their unbeaten run in the league at Vale Park to four with a win or a draw at the weekend. Our match officials for the game have been confirmed and can be found below.

Marc Edwards has been confirmed as the referee to take charge of the Vale's fourth home game of the season against the Green Army. Edwards has so far officiated three Sky Bet League Two games in his debut season in the league, having officiated 22 National League games last season.

National League: 22 (2018/19)

FA Cup: 1 (2018/19)

Premier League Two: 5 (2018/19)

Over the course of the 28 games Edwards officiated last season, he issued 85 yellow cards and two red cards. So far this season in the four games officiated, a total of eight yellow cards have been issued. Saturday will be the first time Edwards has officiated the Valiants in all competitions. 

Assisting Edwards on Saturdays will be Anthony Moore and Graeme Fyvie, whilst Conor Brown will take the role as Fourth Official.
