Before Saturday's home fixture against Tranmere Rovers, make sure you visit our fantastic family zone to take part in some exciting pre-match activities. It was a huge success last weekend, and we look forward to seeing you and your young Valiants!
The family zone is available to both Port Vale and visiting supporters of all ages attending the game, so you can come by and enjoy some pre-match fun. Situated in the Children's Centre of the Lorne Street Stand, it's a great way to start your matchday experience.
Each home game will see the Foundation invite various local partners to engage with supporters. This weekend will see Light Night Stoke-on-Trent, and they will be performing some pre-match entertainment inside and out of the stadium.
Light Night Stoke-on-Trent builds on the energy, momentum and pride generated by Stoke-on-Trent’s bid to be UK City of Culture 2021 and is a free, evening event for the whole city and beyond taking place over three nights in Burslem Town Centre. They will be putting on a superb display this Saturday from 7pm until 10pm.
The family zone will be open from 1:30pm – 2:45pm which will also include;
- Face painting
- Games consoles
- Arts and crafts
- Appearance from Boomer
- Children’s play area
- Free children's activity packs for children
In additional to the family zone the Foundation will be running a match day crèche.
There will be a drop off service inside the crèche, where you can hand your child over to a DBS checked member of staff. All staff have qualified teaching status, safeguarding and first aid certificates. Activities provided inside the crèche all meet the requirements of the EYFS curriculum in a fun, safe environment.
Drop off and collection points are at the entrance of the Children’s Centre and opening times are as follows - 2:30pm – 5:00pm.
*Please note you will need to provide proof of your match ticket to the crèche staff if you wish to use the crèche facilities.*
Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.
To reserve your space in the crèche or for more information, please contact the Foundation on 01782 757066 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
