Port Vale are pleased to announce the signing of Daniel Trickett-Smith from Leek Town on a permanent deal which will keep him at the club until 2021.
Trickett-Smith signed with Liverpool from Crewe Alex in the summer of 2012 before making a move across the pond to the United States of America, signing for third tier side Sacramento Republic FC. After a year in America, the attacking midfielder returned to England to sign for Leek Town.
The 23 year old will return to Leek Town for the remainder of the season on loan before rejoining back up with the team in the summer.
