Ahead of tomorrows trip to the Jobserve Community Stadium, Colchester United have provided the following information for Vale fans travelling to the game.
Colchester United’s stadium is now a cashless venue on matchdays. Supporters are able to pay for tickets, food and drink by debit or credit card (including contactless) or by mobile phone (e.g. Apple Pay).
Should supporters turn up with cash only, there will be points around the stadium to convert this into a card to use on our tills for the day. For Port Vale fans, this will be at the Ticket Office windows or there is also a designated till within the away concourse to purchase a card with credit on.
Supporters parking at the Colchester Park & Ride for matchdays this season should be aware that the machines are now cashless.
Fans can pre-book their parking spot by visiting www.mipermit.com or by downloading the MiPermit app.
Finally, fans will be able to pick up their match programme at no additional cost at the weekend, as this is included in their match ticket price for the second season running!
