Port Vale welcome Accrington Stanley to Burslem on Tuesday evening and both sides will be looking for a positive result in Sky Bet League Two.
The last meeting between Vale and Stanley was back in February 2013, and on that day, it was the Valiants who were left celebrating a comfortable 3-0 victory at Vale Park.
Just four minutes into the contest, the visitors were reduced to 10 men as Charlie Barnett received a straight red card following a challenge on Daniel Jones.
From that point on Vale controlled proceedings and Lee Hughes registered a brace on his home debut, with a goal coming either side of a Darren Purse free-kick.
The win took the Valiants to the top of the League Two table, whilst Accrington sat in 20th position and just two points above the relegation zone.
