Goalkeeper Sam Johnson is continuing to recover from injury and his new loan side Halifax Town were not in action this weekend.
Sam has been receiving treatment at Vale Park this past week as he looks to recover from his knock.
Elsewhere, Brian Barton has returned to Vale following the end of his work experience loan at Kidsgrove Athletic.
Ryan Boot and JJ Hooper have also returned within the past week, with JJ making a goalscoring return with the reserves against Bradford.
