Defender Departs Vale Park

20 January 2017

We can confirm that defender Calvin Mac-Intosch has left Port Vale Football Club by mutual consent.

The defender was brought into the club under former manager Bruno Ribeiro back in the Summer Transfer Window, to help bolster the back four.

Calvin has made six appearances for the Valiants during his time, including three starts in League One, two in the Checkatrade Trophy and one in the EFL Cup.

He made his debut in the defeat to Carlisle United back in the start of August, but was unable to nail down a regular place in the starting eleven.

Mac-Intosch was a regular in the matchday squad, appearing 22 times in total, but was limited to minutes on the pitch.

We would like to thank Calvin for his time with us at Port Vale and wish him all the best in the future.
