minute headed goal from Shakers’ skipper Nathan Cameron was enough to see Bury take maximum points from the game with their third win on the trot, whilst consigning Vale to back to back defeats within the space of five days. Vale had matched their hosts for much of the game, and in fact dominated in spells, but were unable to find that all important goal their play deserved. Former Vale striker Tom Pope started the game but was unable to have a huge impact and was substituted during the second half.thA 78
