Vale reserves play their second game of the season this afternoon when they make the short trip into Shropshire to take on Shrewsbury Town.
After winning their opening league fixture away to Walsall last week, they now turn their attentions to the Final Third Development League Cup,
The game will take place at The Greenhous Meadow with a 2.00pm kick off, and Vale will once again be putting out an experienced side.
It is also an opportunity to take a close look at the two loan signings who joined the Vale on Monday, with both Reiss Greenidge and Stephane Zubar in the squad.
