All Money Raised To Go To Football League Charity
A special edition football will be raffled at Vale Park’s Movember dinner, which will also commemorate the memory of Port Vale fan and businessman Chris Bayley.
The Football League provided the ball for use in Sky Bet League One matches during the month of November in support of the testicular and prostate cancer charity.
It will be signed by the entire Port Vale first team in the lead up to the dinner and will be presented to the winner of the raffle.
Chris, of Bunt’s Lane in Stockton Brook, raised about £48,000 for prostate and testicular cancer charities after he was diagnosed with the condition around three years ago. He died earlier this year, aged 54.
