A look at how two of our teams went on last weekend
PORT VALE FANTASY FOOTBALL CHALLENGESome pretty good scores again in the Fantasy League last weekend and amongst he high scorers were the Vale Head Physio, ANDY FOSTER, whose side ‘THE FIXERS’ finished with 74 points, moving them up to 41st spot in the table.
Let’s have a look at Andy’s team then: In goal he has plumped for Liverpool’s Simon Mignolet, who earned him 6 points and a back four of Seamus Coleman (11), Per Mertesacker (8) and two Southempton defenders - Luke Shaw (1) and Jose Fonte (1).
In midfield he has two from Manchester United in Adnan Januzaj (2), Juan Mata (2), who are joined by Eden Hazard (2) and Gnegneri Yaya Touré (6). Andy has Peter Odemwingie (13) and skipper Luis Suárez (22) up front.
Somebody else who have moved up the table this week is DARREN LINDSAY, whose team MOSSFIELD VALIANTS moved up to 96th after scoring an impressive 79 points.
Darren has Cardiff City’s David Marshall (2 points) in goal and in front of him Darren has selected Seamus Coleman (11), Per Mertesacker (8) Martin Skrtel (5) and Bacary Sagna (5).
In midfield Darren has Chelsea’s Emboaba Oscar (3), Gnegneri Yaya Touré (60 and Adnan Januzaj (2) and up top the trio of Luis Suárez (11), captain Rickie Lambert (22) and Daniel Sturridge (4).
