Port Vale produced a fine second-half performance to come from behind to beat a strong Coventry City side.Striker Callum Wilson gave the visitors the lead before a Tom Pope header levelled the match.
Minutes later Franck Moussa's stunning 30 yard strike gave Coventry City a half-time lead.
Micky Adams made two half-time changes, Chris Birchall and Ben Williamson were introduced and had a telling impact.
Captain Doug Loft linked up will with the two substitutes to level the match on the hour-mark.
Former Coventry City midfielder Birchall grabbed the winner on 83 minutes after combining well with Williamson and Pope to send Vale Park into a frenzy.
