League 1 tickets on sale from July 8

21 June 2013

New all-ticket scanning system introduced

Port Vale has confirmed that match tickets for next season will go on sale from July 8.

Vale kick-off their League 1 campaign at home to Brentford on August 3.

The new campaign will see Port Vale introduce a new all-ticket scanning system to Vale Park.

From next season, including the two friendlies at Vale Park against Derby County and Leicester City you will no longer be able to pay at the turnstiles.

Instead Vale supporters will scan themselves into Vale Park using a barcode on their pre-bought ticket.

It will be vital that supporters purchase their tickets in advance, this way they can collect their pre-bought ticket on the day and be scanned into Vale Park.

A 2013-2014 Season Ticket is still the most affordable way to watch Micky Adams’ side next season.
