Christmas is coming up fast and Port Vale have announced two ticket options that supporters can buy – they offer great early presents and will save fans money into the bargain.
Commercial Director John Booth explains: ‘We have launched two ticket packages, Half- Season Tickets, covering the last 12 home games of the season and a ‘Winter Warmer’ ticket that covers the six games in December and January.
‘The two packages are available in all areas of the ground and without wanting to tempt fate, give buyers priority for Cup games or any play-off games.’
Chairman Norman Smurthwaite said: ‘I have spoken to many fans recently and I appreciate how expensive it can be to watch football at this time of the year.
‘We have already announced a price reduction for next month’s FA Cup tie against Salisbury City and the new ticket initiatives offer fans further savings.
‘Whilst the new Half-Season Ticket means you can watch the last 12 games of the season for only £16.50, I know some fans would rather buy a ticket covering fewer games, but for a little bit extra.
‘The new ‘Winter Warmer’ covers six games through the months of December and January, when everyone’s budgets are tight.
‘If you buy the six-match package it will still only cost you as little as £17 a game and that includes the Boxing Day home game against Notts County, which there will be a high demand for.’
