Two weeks gone, who is doing what?

Wow! We couldn’t have envisaged such a terrific response from our supporters, with over four hundred entrants to the Fantasy Football Challenge as the fans attempt to pit their wits against players and club staff alike.

Can anybody catch him? Well of course they can, it’s early day yet, there’s a long way to go, it’s a marathon not a sprint, and any other clichés you can think of.

Leo has also plumped for Liverpool’s Simon Mignolet between the sticks. Pablo Zaboleta, Leighton Baines, Kyle Walker and Javier Garrido make up the back four.

Leo’s five in the middle are Theo Walcott, Steven Gerrard, Marouane Fellaini, Mark Noble and Mohamed Diame, whilst Newcastle’s Papiss Cisse is the lone striker.

 

Throughout the season we will feature random teams in the matchday programme and occasionally on the club’s websitewww.port-vale.co.uk, so keep an eye out, you may well get a mention.

It’s not too late to enter a team, with monthly prizes up for grabs, you are in with a chance of grabbing a prize at any time during the season.

To register, go tohttp://fantasy.premierleague.com/, click on register and fill in the requested details. Once this is done, you can log in, using your email address and password and begin to select your squad.

Once you have selected your squad, select ‘Create or join leagues’, then ‘Join a League’, then ‘Private League’, you will then be prompted to enter a code - enter109079-32038, and then select Port Vale Fantasy Football.

You will probably be more interested in how your own team is doing, but here are a few to look out for during the course of the season:
